Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 7 business days. Orders usually ship within 3-5 days after processing. Shipment and/or delivery may be delayed by weekends, holidays, or high order volume.

Orders are shipped from our fulfillment partner, Printful Inc., in Charlotte, NC, USA.

Shipping is free unless otherwise noted.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
To ensure smooth delivery, we recommend having your order shipped to a physical address and not a P.O. box.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking
If you would like to track your order, please email [email protected] to request a tracking #. We will reply with the information as soon as your order ships.

Customs, duties, and taxes
Taxes are calculated automatically, and may be based on the customer's location and/or items ordered. All taxes charged to the customer are accurate to the best of our knowledge.

Damages
Penguin Outfitters is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order and the packaging appears to be damaged, please contact the shipping carrier. If the items in your order arrive damaged and it is not the fault of the shipping carrier, please see our Returns Policy below to contact our fulfillment partner.

Please retain the original packaging and any packing slips associated with your order if you wish to file a damage claim.

International Shipping Policy
At this time, we only ship orders within the continental U.S.

Returns Policy

Items ordered from Penguin Outfitters are printed on demand according to your unique specifications. Therefore, we are unable to exchange/refund orders. If there is an issue with any items in your order upon delivery, you can return it and a replacement will be sent at no cost to you. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on the part of our fulfillment partner are covered at the expense of Printful Inc.
